Full LifeCycle Media Destruction
One of our large tech clients approached us for a custom end-to-end data destruction solution for their data centers. They required a solution that would ensure complete destruction of sensitive data beyond recovery and comply with the highest of data security standards, including DIN 66399. They were impressed by our expertise in developing tailored solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs and requirements, and they knew that we were the right partner for the job.
Our team of engineers created an end to end customized solution for our client. We laid out the entire process from start to finish:
- Shredding media to DIN 66399 H6 level. Exceeding all NSA/CSS EPL devices designed for hard drive sanitization. MAMR, HAMR, EAMR.
- High Thru-Put HDD & SSD Destruction. Full Destruction every 7 seconds.
- Destruction Equipment that can be operate safely and securely inside of a data center eliminating risk and cost associated with loading dock destruction
- Close Loop Tamper Proof Design that does not allow for tampering once media is introduced.
- Approve/Reject recognition technology.
- Asset Identification and Photo Verification reporting for each piece of media as its destroyed.
- Automated Chain of Custody tracking with traceable investigation reporting

MediaVision Scanner with API
The MediaVault Scanner allows you to quickly and easily scan any hard drive to log its barcodes before it is destroyed. The information is safely stored within the scanner’s memory, giving you peace of mind that your data will never fall into the wrong hands.
When one of our valued clients expressed their desire for seamless integration with their existing systems, we eagerly took on the challenge. Listening to their requirements, we modified our cutting-edge scanner technology to include built-in APIs, providing a simplified and efficient way to connect and communicate with their preferred software platforms. This enhancement not only streamlines their workflow but also opens up endless possibilities for data analysis, automation, and customization
The APIs built into this new scanner provide the client with all related data about the hard drives, including serial numbers and images of the drive. In addition, the APIs can also control the actual functionality of the machine.
With this custom solution, we created an innovative one of its kind destruction solution that can be fully controlled via a client laptop or computer. The user simply has to put in the hard drive to be scanned, and the entire crushing process, including certificate of destruction is automated via API.
MediaVault Adjustable Bin
The Phiston MediaVault Bins are the ultimate solution for securely transporting end-of-life drives. They have been deployed to offices and data centers across the globe.
These bins are designed to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access during transportation. A tamper-proof, lockable lid ensures that no items can be introduced or removed by unauthorized parties.
They are made from commercial-grade plastic and have wheels for easy maneuverability.
A plexiglass window allows for easy viewing of materials placed within the bin.
One of our larger tech clients wanted some modifications to the bins to allow for a more effortless pickup of the media. Our team of engineers went back to the lab and created the perfect solution for our client.
Our latest update includes a manual hydraulic lift that allows for effortless upward or downward movement. This feature enables users to access the bin’s contents without having to exert any physical strain or bend over.
Needless to say, the client was extremely pleased with our design and we are in the process of getting these deployed.
